Using a Rapid Prototyping process, this project creates products that have never been touched before. Simply select the ring and its packaging on the computer, scale them to the correct size, print, and present it to a loved one to experience the first touch of a ‘Virgin Ring.’
This process demonstrates how technology can be used to design and ‘print’ both the item and its packaging together, making it ideal for industries such as Gifts, Hygiene, or Privacy products.
